Privacy policy
How Luc Interactive LLC handles information collected through this website and during client work.
1. Summary
This website is a set of static pages. It does not use advertising trackers, it does not sell personal information, and it does not set cookies for analytics or marketing. The only personal information we hold is what you choose to send us or what we need to deliver work you have engaged us for.
2. Information you provide
We receive personal information when you:
- Send an email to hello@lucinteractive.com or another address at our domain.
- Engage us for services and provide details needed to contract and invoice.
- Give us access to systems or documents as part of an engagement.
That information typically includes your name, email address, company, and whatever you choose to include in your message or project materials.
3. Information collected automatically
Our web server records standard request logs, which include IP address, the page requested, the referring page, and a browser user agent string. We use these logs to keep the site running, to diagnose faults, and to detect abuse. They are retained for a limited period and then deleted.
The site loads its fonts and stylesheets from this domain. It does not embed third-party analytics, advertising, or social tracking scripts.
4. How we use information
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss potential work.
- To deliver, support, and invoice for services you have engaged.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
- To protect our systems and those of our clients from misuse.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
5. Client project data
During an engagement we may handle data belonging to you or your customers. Handling rules for that data are set out in the applicable statement of work or a separate data processing agreement. Where a client instructs us to process personal data, we act on the client's instructions and apply the confidentiality and security commitments in that agreement.
6. Service providers
We use a small number of providers to operate the business, such as a hosting provider for this website and an email provider for correspondence. These providers process information on our behalf and are bound to protect it. Where a project uses a third-party model or cloud provider, we name that provider in the project documentation.
7. Retention
Correspondence about work that does not proceed is kept for up to two years and then deleted. Records tied to an engagement, such as contracts and invoices, are kept for as long as required by tax and business record rules. Project data is returned or deleted at the end of an engagement on your instruction, unless we are required to keep it.
8. Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, and routine updates to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected parties without undue delay if a breach affects their personal information.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent. Send a request to hello@lucinteractive.com and we will respond within the period required by applicable law. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
10. Children
This website and our services are directed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. International transfers
We are based in the United States. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
13. Contact
Questions or requests about privacy can be sent to hello@lucinteractive.com or by mail to Luc Interactive LLC, United States.
